The service
HostMotion creates AI-assisted, human-finished promotional property videos using images and information supplied by the customer. The advertised package includes one horizontal 16:9 video and one vertical 9:16 video.
Payment and image submission
The customer completes payment before uploading the property materials. After checkout, the customer provides 15–25 suitable images, the exact property listing and the requested contact details so production can begin.
Production and material review
HostMotion reviews the supplied materials as part of the production process. If images are insufficient, unsuitable, misleading, unlawful or too low in quality, HostMotion may contact the customer for replacement material before completing the videos. The five-hour delivery window begins once payment and all required materials are confirmed, subject to the final operating-hours policy published before launch.
Customer responsibilities
The customer confirms that they own or have permission to use every submitted image, property name, logo and other material, and that the supplied information is accurate. The customer must not submit confidential, unlawful or third-party material without authorization.
Creative process and revision
HostMotion controls the creative execution while considering the information supplied by the customer. One light revision is included for reasonable adjustments to copy, sequence or music. A full redesign, new image set or change of creative direction may require an additional fee.
Delivery and acceptable use
Final files are provided digitally. The customer may use the delivered videos to promote the relevant property on listing platforms, websites, social media and advertising channels, subject to those platforms’ rules.
Refunds and cancellations
The final refund and cancellation policy, including the point at which production becomes non-refundable, will be inserted before public launch and presented before payment.
Liability
HostMotion does not guarantee bookings, advertising performance, listing approval or a specific commercial outcome. Any liability limits and governing-law provisions will be finalized before public launch.
